Triton Brewery Review Indianapolis, Indiana

The first time I was introduced to Triton Brewery I was on a date and ordered a Rail Splitter IPA.  I was blown away by what they had created and is now my favorite IPA.  Since then I have sampled many of their beers but had yet to make the 45 minute drive to visit their brewery until last week.  Overall I could not believe how clean, well put together, and great this brewery visit went for me.

Located at Fort Benjamin Harrison on the Northeast side of Indianapolis, the area surrounding the brewery is beautiful, safe, and clean.  I would recommend those who will travel to this brewery to take some extra time to walk around and take in the scenery.

When I first walked in I was greeted with a warm smile and a very helpful bartender.  Triton Brewery might have the best service that I have experienced at any brewery, restaurant, or bar.  Although there were several people grabbing pints, the bartender was able to manage all of us extremely well.  Two different times when a customer walked in she knew them by name and what they normally drink.  One of those two people said he was looking for something different.  The bartender quickly gave him a taste of what she said would be something he would "really like".  After the taste; he ordered her suggestion without hesitation.

It takes a great bartender to know and remember the regulars and what they normally order but something really special about a bartender knowing the customers so well that on the first try they can recommend a new drink and get it correct.  I  could go on but these are a few reasons why this Brewery has phenomenal service.

As for their beer; I only knew of six that they made and was utterly shocked to see at least 15 (probably closer to 20) different beer choices.  Since I have tried their standard beers before I had a hard time choosing between their seasonal beers or Bourbon Barrel beer tastings.  Each tasting comes with six different beers from those respective categories.  All the ones that I tried were of the same quality as all of their other beers.  I will make a honorable mention of the French Toast Saison and Hometown Hero; I look forward to having these two beers in the future.

Now that I have finally taken the time to venture out to this brewery it is now going to be in my regular rotation of places to visit despite being so far away.  I hope you also take time to visit this incredible place.

Service: 5/5 would give it a higher score if I could.
Food: They have a rotation of food trucks come to the brewery so I cannot score them on this.
Choices: 5/5
Atmosphere: 5/5
Overall: 5/5
